The only way i got thru this battle was with poison lol, it had little life left but my characters wouldn’t heal properly and just as it was about to kill me poison killed it ;o

@felly7777 You have to upgrade your weapon to the final stage (using a Trapezohedron) Any weapon when upgraded to this point gets an added bonus of +1 ATB.

How do you unlock the 6th attack bar segment I only have 5 and i’ve finished almost anything

@ChrisBrownsWifeeyy FF13 is harder than the rest: makes level grinding nearly futile, you still struggle, acquiring gil is hard as hell even with good spots to farm. While the older ones are simple level grind equals I can kick everyones ass now, money is always rewarded, and items drops are fairly easy. Example; Yu Yevon, all you need is one 99999 hit move and game. Game difficulty wise, FF13 is on top in the series.

I agree, Final Fantasy XIII is a long and difficult game, but the best part is, the more you die the more you just want to keep at it. Normally losing in games just pisses me off but Final Fantasy XIII makes you want to persevere. And i wouldn’t say that nobody maxed out the crystarium until 3 weeks after. I have seen a Youtube video dated March 9th with completely maxed characters killing Shao Longui, English version aswell. Im pretty concerned about that guys health.

Thats pretty odd…there are so many missions that i cannot 5 star…Attacus…5 starred no problems whatsoever…remember…always have Bravera / Faithera applied and make sure you deprotect and deshell him…dish out the damage with commandos and also try equiping 2 speed sash’s for the “instant break”

unless you had a guide book? yeah man now days these new final fantasy players dont no anything..i have been playing final fantasy since 1992

i’ve done mission 1- to 50 5 star, , i can’t beat attacus with 5 star, so looks like I am going to go off to mission 64, and get the gold watch

Lol this mission was actually kind of Easy… What most people miss is that, Its okay to go SEN/SEN/MED then after it Heals go SYN/SYN/SYN then SAB/SAB/SAB after u time it when he gets out of his shell… his ultimate attack is somewhat weak sauce when Im turtled up…

@TheRevolutionPlayer lol. that’s the funniest thing ive ever heard. no one maxed out the crystallium of this game until 3 weeks after it was launched. lol. sure it wasn’t the most difficult. but it was quite a long game.

@CrazyMan03 Yeah seriously I was fighting this guy and I accidently went up to auto attack while I was in Medic paradigm all it did was cast cure one time XD. Tortoise paradigm FTW!!

i didnt used any guide or faq, and completed all missions… not 5 stars, but completed all.
very fucking easy game… there one or two battles there are really hard, the others SUCKS.

so i hear this game is easy. Well i did beat it in 46 hours so I was disappointed in the length of time but when I decided to go against the Mission bosses some are a bitch to beat. Personally, I think the strategy guide are for those who want to obtain every item. With me its just about beating the game and the SIDE bosses. I will only get the strategy guide if i want every item.

@Retgery dude this game get really dificult at chapter 11 from there on its very hard game. Like other people say, its really easy if you have a strategy guide. i think guides are for cheaters.
